UFE Connect is a connector service operated by United Faith Enterprise LLC. We facilitate connections between independent contractors and third-party work-from-home customer service platforms. UFE Connect is not a staffing agency, employer, or guarantor of any income.
The Site is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older residing in eligible US states who are interested in exploring independent contractor work-from-home opportunities.
Any opportunity facilitated by UFE Connect is an independent contractor arrangement, not employment. If you engage with UFE Connect and are accepted, you will:

UFE Connect's fee structure is disclosed in full during onboarding before you are asked to commit to anything. You should not expect to earn any particular amount.

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice. We recommend consulting qualified professionals for guidance on taxes, business decisions, or legal matters.
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and code, is the property of United Faith Enterprise LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The third-party work-from-home platform referenced in UFE Connect's onboarding process operates under its own separate terms and conditions. UFE Connect does not control that platform and is not responsible for its operations, policies, or any disputes arising from your use of it.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UFE CONNECT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNITED FAITH ENTERPRISE LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, INCLUDING LOSS OF INCOME, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY.
In no event shall UFE Connect's total liability to you exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to UFE Connect, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless United Faith Enterprise LLC and its members, managers, officers, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at info@ufeconnect.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
