The process

How It Works

Four steps from application to earning — with everything explained before you're asked to commit or pay anything.

1

Apply — free, no commitment

Fill out our short interest form. It takes about 5 minutes. There's no fee to apply and no commitment on your part.

We'll ask for basic contact information, your state, and whether you're open to a process that includes a background check, a short certification, and a small one-time setup cost. Anyone who prefers not to go that route self-selects out early — no time wasted on either side.

2

We review your application

We check that you're in one of our currently eligible states and that the opportunity is a reasonable fit based on what you've shared.

You'll hear back within 2 business days. If something doesn't line up — your state isn't currently eligible, for example — we'll tell you clearly and explain why.

3

Private onboarding — full details, no surprises

If your application is approved, we send you a private onboarding packet. This is where we walk you through the complete picture:

  • The name and details of the work-from-home platform
  • The specific costs — background check, certification — with exact amounts
  • The pay structure (you keep at least 85% of service revenue)
  • Equipment and workspace requirements
  • What the certification process looks like and how long it takes

You see everything before you spend a dollar or sign anything.

4

Get certified and start earning

Once you've reviewed the full opportunity and decided to move forward, you'll complete the platform registration and your program certification.

After certification, you schedule your own hours within available client windows — a minimum of 15 hours per week — and start earning. Pay is deposited twice monthly, directly to your bank account.

Our team stays available throughout. If you hit a snag during certification or setup, reach out — that's what we're here for.

A few things to know before you apply

  • This is an independent contractor opportunity, not employment. You control your schedule; you're not an employee of UFE Connect.
  • Earnings are not guaranteed. What you earn depends on your hours, the program you service, and your performance.
  • There is a one-time setup cost (background check + certification). We disclose the exact amounts during onboarding — before you're asked to pay.
  • A 15-hour weekly minimum is required to maintain active status in most programs.
  • You are responsible for your own federal, state, and local taxes. You'll receive a 1099 at year-end.
